A couple of Coast Ducks

This is the oldest Swedish breed of duck. It is colored like a Mallard and weighs 7 to 7 1/2 pounds (3 kilos).

It is an excellent free-ranging breed, happily living on a whole grain diet. Only some of the females go broody and raise ducklings.
